Gestetner National is a strategic enterprise development initiative between BULA Holdings, a leading supplier of software, services and infrastructure across industry sectors in South Africa, and Gestetner SA.
This initiative, launched as Gestetner National, is the creation of a Black Owned Enterprise that not only spells significance for BULA, but also for Gestetner SA.
Gestetner National offers customers throughout southern Africa total document management solutions, services, supplies and consultancy to help them run more efficiently and productively. They provide IT based digital hardware as well as software solutions to manage the complete document cycle.
Black Economic Empowerment recognises that information technology (IT) plays a key role in poverty reduction in developed nations of the world. It is in this regard that Gestetner National will utilize its experience, knowledge and its resources to rigorously support and nurture aspiring professionals from the previously disadvantaged communities through creation of opportunities in the IT sector.
It is the belief of the BULA group of companies that the legacy of a disadvantaged nation cannot be sustainable if peace and stability is to prosper. Therefore, in order to respond to the call of redressing the past imbalances whether it is economic or otherwise, we believe that it is imperative for the BULA group of companies to invest in its future by investing back into the communities in which we live and work in South Africa.
BULA has established programmes with our brand partners such as Gestetner South Africa (Pty) Ltd to leverage resources which will realize an empowerment strategy that is sustainable.
Furthermore, BULA has established a learner ship initiative with ISETT SETA offering learner ships for NQF level 4 and 5 for technical support, desktop engineering and systems development.
BULA has been certified by an Empowerlogic rating as a Black Owned Company.
BULA Solutions, a subsidiary of the BULA group of companies, has received a level 1 rating, the highest level of BEE rating.
